Rosh Hashanah dinner 9/11/26. Help with reheating prepared food, serving food, cleaning etc.

How many guests are you expecting?: confirmed now for 22 in total 17 adults and 5 kids (2 and under in high chairs), but could get up to 24 or 29 in total. Still waiting to confirm
Dinner will be served family style. It's a holiday dinner and I will pick up food that will consist of chicken/meat/sides as well as some appetizers to be served. May have two courses, first course salad or soup and the second is the rest. Desert to follow. there are 5 kids 2 and under so dinner will be fast pace and space is tight which is why family style with some plate service will be good. Will not have a full bar but we can have a bar set up somewhere where people can help themselves. Last year I had two people and I think it was OK although a bit busy on the serving and cleaning off between courses and reheating stuff...but it seems...
