These cocktails are perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, birthday parties. New Year’s Eve’ or any random Saturday night! We love this spin on classic mimosas because it is a little unexpected yet oh-so-good! Your guests will be asking for the recipe and you’ll all have a great time with the pop rocks, just like when you were kids.
You’ll need:
- Lime
- Sprite
- Pop rocks (whatever color matches your theme!)
- Vanilla vodka
-Champagne
Rub lime on the rim of your champagne glasses, then roll the rim in pop rocks. The citrus allows it to adhere to the glass. Then pour in your champagne about halfway. Add a splash of sprite and half an ounce of vanilla vodka.
