Mother's Day Ideas Mom will Love!

This Mother’s Day, we’re giving mom what she really wants, fun recipes to try at home! For a new and exciting cocktail, try the Elderflower Tequila Slipper and pair it with a cheeseboard.

Watch the video below with Party Host Helpers CEO, Renee Patrone Rhinehart, who will take you through how to make the Elderflower Tequila Slipper step by step.

You will need:

2 oz silver tequila

1.5 oz elderflower

4 dashes of grapefruit bitters

Fresh grapefruit

Shake tequila, elderflower, and grapefruit bitters in a tumbler. Pour over ice and serve in a martini glass. Add a squeeze of grapefruit and rub the slice around the rim for extra flavor. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and serve!

Pair this drink with everyone’s favorite appetizer or (dinner) a cheese board! The best part is, it requires very few serving dishes and no cooking dishes so cleaning up is super simple (which makes mom happy!) Check out the youtube video below for all the details:

On a cutting board, place your assorted cheeses. We recommend getting an array such as gorgonzola, extra sharp cheddar, and brie. In small dishes add the various jams and dips such as fig jam and mustard. Add your favorite meats and olives or fruits and serve!
